Often, you lie or sit comfortably as your therapist compresses your muscles in patterns that improve circulation, reduce tension, and more. Your therapist will help you get the most out of the session by guiding you to breathe synergistically with the movements. Thai Yoga massage can be surprisingly effective at boosting mood, increasing overall energy, and improving posture. Thai massage is performed clothed while lying on a mat on the floor. Please wear clothing that allows you to move freely.
