Craniosacral therapy (CST) is a gentle, hands-on treatment that focuses on assessing and enhancing the craniosacral system, which includes the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid surrounding the brain and spinal cord. Practitioners use light touch to release tensions, improve cerebrospinal fluid flow, and support the body's natural healing processes. Craniosacral Therapy

Deep pressure to the full or partial body.  Includes 10 to 15 minutes of targeted work on a problem area. Great for recovering from athletic training and improving athletic performance.   Also a wonderful relaxation option for those who enjoy very deep pressure.
