Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle, hands-on technique that works with the body’s natural rhythms to release tension and support the nervous system. Using light touch, the therapist listens to subtle movements in the craniosacral system—the membranes and fluids surrounding the brain and spinal cord.


CST helps to calm the body, reduce pain, and promote deep relaxation. It’s especially supportive for headaches, stress, trauma, sleep issues, and nervous system imbalances. Suitable for all ages, Craniosacral Therapy encourages the body’s innate ability to heal and restore balance from within.

Craniosacral Therapy

Relaxation massage, also known as Swedish massage, focuses on promoting relaxation and reducing stress through gentle, flowing strokes and kneading. This type of massage enhances blood circulation, reduces muscle tension, and promotes a sense of calm and well-being. It is ideal for relieving stress and providing a rejuvenating experience. Results include improved circulation, reduced muscle tension, muscle pain relief, restful sleep, easing of anxiety and depression, and more. 

Performed on a massage table under the cover of sheets and blankets. Undress to your comfort level.

Relaxation

Deep pressure to the full or partial body.  Includes 10 to 15 minutes of targeted work on a problem area. Great for recovering from athletic training and improving athletic performance.   Also a wonderful relaxation option for those who enjoy very deep pressure. 

Performed on a massage table under the cover of sheets and blankets. Undress to your comfort level.

*This service is contraindicated for individuals with moderate to advanced disease progression such as osteoporosis, diabetes, cardio-vascular diseases, etc.

Deep Tissue

A medical massage for pain and injury. Examples of common problems addressed: piriformis syndrome (the most common cause of sciatic pain), tennis/golfers elbow, tight jaw/TMJ, neck, back, hip or knee pain, and more. Communication throughout the session is key to achieving results. It is a collaborative effort between client and therapist. 

A combination of techniques may be used, including but not limited to: 
-myofascial release
-cupping (can leave suction marks, tell your therapist if you want to avoid this) 
-heat or cold packs
-mobilization of joints
-trigger point release techniques (a.k.a."getting the knots out")
-acupressure points
-deep tissue
-other miscellaneous techniques as communicated by the massage therapist

60 minute sessions are great for loosening up prior to a chiropractor appointment, or to target one small area. 
90 minute sessions are ideal for larger areas, such as the hips and back. 
120+ minute sessions are best for general body alignment, targeting multiple areas, and for complex or stubborn target areas. 

Performed on a massage table. Depending on session goals, you may wear athletic clothes that are easy for your therapist to work around (loose or stretchy and pliable) or you may undress to your comfort level under sheets and blankets on the table.

Targeted Bodywork

A personalized approach that relies on the practitioner's intuition and experience to address the unique needs of the client. This massage integrates various techniques to release physical and emotional blockages.

The massage therapist will assess your body and emotional state, and intuitively provide the techniques that are most beneficial for you.

Intuitive Bodywork

Prenatal massage on a Thai massage mat is a nurturing, grounding experience designed specifically for the needs of pregnant individuals. Performed on a supportive floor mat rather than a massage table, this style allows for greater movement and gentle, full-body support throughout the session.

The massage combines rhythmic compression, acupressure, and flowing stretches tailored to each stage of pregnancy. With the client comfortably positioned on their side or seated upright (as appropriate), the therapist uses hands, forearms, and body weight to ease tension, promote circulation, and relieve common pregnancy discomforts like back pain, hip tightness, and swollen legs.

Prenatal Massage

Traditional Thai Foot Massage has a whole body effect. Acupressure points in the feet link to the organs, the diaphragm, the spine etc. by way of fascia- the web of connective tissue all throughout the body.  With hot towels, scalp and hand massage, and a soothing environment, you are sure to leave feeling relaxed and refreshed.
