Booking and payment:  

For individual services, you may pay with gift certificate, cash, check, or credit card after your service. Applicable discounts applied at checkout. Credit cards used at the time of booking are for the purpose of enforcing the cancellation policy.

Classes and events require payment at booking.

Late arrival and cancellation policy:

Clients arriving late will be charged for the full session and the session will end promptly at the scheduled time. Clients must cancel sessions within 12 hours notice or pay 50% of their scheduled appointment cost. Last minute cancellations and no-show fees will be charged to the credit card used at the time of booking. Clients who repeatedly cancel last minute or no-show may be refused service.
